Dr. (Vaidya) Archana Kulkarni, Founder, and director of Ayur Wellness Inc, Tampa FL (www.ayurwellness.com) is a doctor of Ayurvedic medicine from Banaras Hindu University India, Epidemiologist, University instructor of public health, and ayurvedic medicine with over 20 years of successful Ayurveda practice Passionate and dedicated to educating and collaborative learning while offering student support and challenging students to higher thinking.
She has completed 5 ½ years a Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (B.A.M.S.) from Shivaji University, India plus 3 years of post-graduation earned Doctor of Ayurvedic Medicine degree (MD in Ayurveda) from Banaras Hindu University India along with the completion of her Yoga Diploma. She had worked as an Ayurvedic physician and faculty at Ganga Ayurveda College and hospital, Kolhapur India. Her interest in research alternative medicine and Public health drew her to earn Masters in Public Health (MPH) with a concentration in Epidemiology from the University of South Florida Tampa FL. She has presented many papers on Ayurveda at different Ayurveda conferences.
Currently, she is working as founder and director of Ayur Wellness Inc. Tampa FL provides Ayurveda wellness practices, including panchakarma and educational programs, an adjunct faculty at Everglades University Tampa FL and several Ayurvedic institutions in the United States.
