Vaidya Meenakshi Gupta BAMS, Masters in Ayurveda (Gold Medalist), Panchakarma Specialist, Certified in Nutrition Science and Child Nutrition. Meenakshi Gupta is an internationally renowned Ayurveda expert, classically trained Vaidya, holistic Practitioner, Founder, and CEO of AyurRoots Ayurveda Wellness in the Dallas area. She is a Brand Ambassador for Unilever Ayurveda hair care brand Indulekha. She has more than five years of extensive teaching experience at Ayurveda Colleges in India, and more than 18 years of extensive teaching experience in the USA. Vaidya Meenakshi has more than 20 years of extensive international experience in the design & delivery of various Ayurveda courses. She has authored several papers and writes a regular column in several e-magazines, health magazines, various Radio talks, and newspaper articles. She serves as a chair for the Journal club of Council for Ayurveda Research. She is on theeditorial board of various Ayurvedic International Journals and ex-coeditor of Ayurveda Mantra Magazine.
